Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund less shipping & handling, payment fees and a 10% Restocking charge. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will guide you in helping us complete a damage/loss claim. USPS and FedeX determine whether a claim is placed at shipping point or destination. Return shipping costs will be paid by us if the return is a result of our error (eg. incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 days of O'Smiley's receiving the return. Remorse Returns MUST arrive back in the original packaging, taped wrapping and fill. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International buyers assume all responsibility of Customs Duties, VAT and other taxes imposed by their government. These charges are not included in postage or S&H charges. International buyers are responsible for receiving packages that require acceptance. Packages that are refused due to additional fees will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. O'Smiley's will use USPS or FedEx, unless specific requests are made.
Please also note that shipping rates are location, dimension and weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International payments Must be made via Western Union or a VERIFIED PayPal Account. No other payment methods are available.
