The Story:
As Jason Wu decided on the best way to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the W Club with a special Made-to-order doll for collectors, he started with a grail—hearkening back to the ultra-ultra-limited “Venus Lingerie” doll, which was a premium purchase through the Venus Secret lingerie shop in Taiwan. Using the original color palette as inspiration, Jason has modernized the look with an infusion of luxury, using a miniaturized version of a gorgeous ensemble from his Spring 2013 collection, choosing a slightly different skirt construction and a new hairstyle to create this incredibly special and glamorous look.
